Collette Foundation Goma Reaches Out to Orphaned and Vulnerable Children in Mugunga Kimachini-Bulengo

On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, the Collette Foundation – Goma carried out an important community outreach activity dedicated to identifying orphaned and vulnerable children in the Mugunga Kimachini-Bulengo district of North Kivu Province.

The identification exercise took place at the CBCA site, where our team worked closely with local leaders and community members to ensure that every child in need was recorded and supported. This initiative is part of the foundation’s ongoing mission to provide care, protection, and empowerment for children facing difficult circumstances in regions affected by poverty and instability.

After the registration process, the Collette Foundation team shared a warm and joyful meal with more than 100 orphaned and vulnerable children. The event brought smiles and hope to many young faces, highlighting the importance of compassion and community solidarity.
